EMR implementation Engineers – all levels

• Full life cycle implementation of EMRs, such as Eclipsys Helios
• Prior installation and conversion experience
• System build experience
• Knowledge of clinical workflow
• Strong database concepts, experienced at data extracts, data scrubbing and data conversion
• Writing custom reports
• Project management tools and techniques
• Pro-active, independent workers with strong communication skills and strong work ethic who are also effective in a team environment

HL7 integration Engineers – all levels

• Extensive knowledge of HL7 protocol at the specification and programmatic level
• Healthcare systems integration experience
• Experience with integration engine technologies. MIRTH is a plus
• Excellent systems thinking and solution orientation
• Fit Gap Analysis
• Ability to clearly document interface specifications and configurations.
• Experience working with multi-tiered web-based ASP solutions.
• Interface implementations and configurations
• Development and testing background
