Ken Epps, President

As President of AGNITY Healthcare, Ken Epps is advancing the company's mission to harness the power of mobility and unified communications to improve access and enhance the quality of healthcare. Through his leadership, the company is guiding the healthcare industry into a new era of mobile clinical unified communications and transforming the way healthcare services are delivered and received.

By introducing the healthcare industry to the power of "less is more," Mr. Epps is leading the charge to improve caregivers communication, revenue and patient outcomes by embracing mobile and unifed communications technologies and devices healthcare providers know and use every day. Mr. Epps brings the technical insight and entrepreneurial perspective of a GM/CEO for emerging and established software and service companies to AGNITY Healthcare, making him the ideal ambassador for the evolution.

Prior to joining AGNITY Healthcare, Mr. Epps took two venture-backed software and services companies, BayPackets and Emerald Solutions, from concept to revenue generation. He has launched numerous consumer, enterprise communications and Internet-based products during his tenure in leadership roles at AT&T, Williams Company, Emerald Solutions and BayPackets. His experiences include CEO of BayPackets and U4EA Technologies, Chief Marketing Officer of Williams Communications at the Williams Company (NYSE:WMB) and General Manager at AT&T.

Mr. Epps received his MBA from Stanford University, a Masters of Science from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelors Degree from South Carolina State University. He serves on several advisory boards and is active in professional and community organizations.

Atul Varshneya, Vice President Enterprise Solutions and Product Engineering

Atul Varshneya leads the Healthcare product engineering initiatives in the company. Prior to this, Atul was the Chief Architect, Multimedia Applications, at GENBAND, Inc., and Assoc. Vice President/Chief Architect BayPackets. In these roles he envisioned and architected Service Delivery Platforms and applications for global communications services providers and enterprises. . Prior to this, as a Principal Architect at Motorola he had developed Reference Architecture for Motorola's PCS products.

Atul brings over 25 years of technology experience in a wide range of areas encompassing telecommunications, networking, mobile and enterprise applications. Atul contributes as a member of various expert groups in standards bodies and industry forums, and is a frequent speaker at various conferences.

Atul holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Scott Turner, Sr. Director of Business and Partner Development

Scott joined Agnity Healthcare in 2010 and serves as Senior Director of Business and Partner Development. He has over 18 years of healthcare sales leadership experience. Prior to joining Agnity Healthcare, Scott was Sr. Director of Sales at U4EA Technologies for the Healthcare market. He also served as Vice President of Global Sales for Premiere Technologies (NASDAQ-PTEK) where he managed a worldwide sales organization with emphasis on the Healthcare vertical. Scott's professional experience also includes executive level sales management with Centigram Communications Corp. (NASDAQ-CGRM) and ROLM, an IBM Telecommunications subsidiary.

Mr. Turner received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Georgia and is an active member in the community. He supports numerous organizations locally and nationally, including: The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, St. Jude's Children's Hospital and The American Cancer Society.
